Stand Up Saturdays Are Back

This week, we’ll be standing up for the Epstein-Trump victims. The Epstein Files Transparency Act ordered that all files be released on December 19. Thus far, the Department of Injustice is in violation of the law.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act does not permit staggered, discretionary disclosures. It requires the release of all non-exempt Epstein files. Not some. Not most. All of them.

The law also states that records shall not be withheld, delayed, or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary.

What we’ve seen are files so redacted, it’s pages of black. Bondi and Blanche have purposefully removed Trump’s name from thousands of files. They have also used redaction in photos to create confusion. The mentions of Trump are so great that we should really call them the Epstein-Trump files.

The mandate is clear on this: release all the files and redact only the victims. They’ve failed to do this, as well, leaving personal information of some of the victims while blacking out the names of the perpetrators.
Let’s stand up for the victims and the release of all the files as ordered by law.

P.S. Bondi and company should face inherent contempt charges.
