On Wednesday, January 7, Renee Nicole Good, an American citizen, was killed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This killing is part of a broader pattern of unchecked violence, impunity, and abuse carried out by federal immigration enforcement agencies against members of our communities.

We are horrified by the ICE shooting of an innocent bystander and citizen. It was murder, and the blatant cover-ups by DHS are disgusting lies. We cannot continue like this. The Federal government under Trump is not making us safer. ICE and Border Patrol are invading cities and harming citizens and immigrant communities. Chaos and violence are all they bring, and We say NO MORE.

Our Demands

Congress must act NOW. Defund ICE. Impeach Noem. Call for the arrest of the ICE agent who murdered Ms. Good.

Let your voice be heard, and let’s honor Ms. Good and all those who have been attacked, threatened, and killed by the Trump regime.

What to Know

Please wear all black. The funeral procession march will run from the Federal Courthouse to the ICE HQ and back.

This event is part of a nationwide, coordinated ICE OUT FOR GOOD weekend of action by a broad coalition of groups to demand accountability, honor the life lost, and make visible the human cost of ICE’s actions.

A core principle behind all ICE Out For Good events is a commitment to nonviolent action and no civil disobedience. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values, and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events. All events should be held in public spaces or on public property.
