Delete DoorDash
For the last year and a half, DoorDash has been silent as their delivery drivers have been hunted and even killed in the streets by ICE and other federal police.
Now, the company has come out in vocal support of H.R. 9720, a blatant attack on communities here in Washington DC. This legislation would strip away basic power from DC’s local elected government. DoorDash is pushing for it because they don’t want to pay a 20-cent fee for food access programs for low-income families. All those things are not okay with us.
DC communities are calling on all allies to #DeleteDoorDash until our demands are met.
Tell Our Senators NO to Empowering ICE with CORCA
CORCA is just a pretense for giving more power to DHS by increasing surveillance of consumers’ personal data. Nevada senators Catherine Cortez-Masto and Jacky Rosen are currently co-sponsors.

The Trump regime has approved the construction of a data center on 88.5 acres of desert habitat in southern Nevada. The whole area is managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management — meaning this will be the first data center allowed on public land.

Protect BWCA
The Senate voted to allow mining in the Boundary Waters Canoe Wilderness in Minnesota. This clears the way for a Chilean mining giant to engage in copper-sulfide mining, which produces sulfuric acid. These waters include 1.175 lakes and 1,200 miles of rivers and streams.

Customizing Your Notes to NV Representatives
Do not relent on the demands to reform and hold ICE accountable. Democrats must stay united as a block and not fold unless specific demands are met. We also encourage you to look at ICE activity and agreements between DHS and local police.
This is no longer a negotiation. We cannot continue to appease literal fascists. Any vote with them is a vote against those you represent and the Constitution. Our full demands:
- Deny the Trump regime’s demands for increased DHS funding.
- Strengthen restrictions on ICE and Border Patrol’s ability to conduct dragnet arrest operations and target people based on their race, language or accent, or place of employment.
- Stop ICE or Border Patrol enforcement at houses of worship, schools, day cares, and hospitals.
- Stop ICE or Border Patrol from enacting family detentions or increasing private detentions.
- End Border Patrol deployment to our cities and reject its ever-expanding mandate in immigration enforcement.
Anything less than this is a capitulation. We urge you to fight, not fold. If you really want to represent the majority of Nevadans who oppose all of this, your actions will speak much more strongly than your words.
Keep Pressure on Local Reps and the AG
- Demand a special session to pass legislation to protect Nevadans from ICE.
- Pass legislation to:
- Stop the building of human warehouses.
- Allow residents to sue ICE for harm.
- Ban masks.
- Pass legislation to:
- Urge AG Aaron Ford to ready teams to prosecute ICE and Border Patrol should they plan a siege on Nevada cities.
- Implore the State Legislature and AG to create an ICE evidence bank for citizens to report criminal and unconstitutional activity.

I’m writing today as a constituent who is concerned about the lack of safe public space to exercise First Amendment rights. Many organizations, including Indivisible Las Vegas, spoke at the February 3 commissioner meeting on this topic.
There is no current space to host rallies, as we are confined to the sidewalks. Please make it a priority to address this, as Indivisible Las Vegas and allies have been raising this concern for many months. These events are peaceful, safe, and follow all laws.
