In challenging times, sustaining activism means sustaining ourselves. Join a community-centered space to recharge, reconnect, and build resilience together.

No registration needed — just show up. This is a welcoming, low-pressure gathering for people who care about their communities and want practical tools to stay grounded and effective.
What to expect:
- Instruction in classic Zen zazen meditation (plus accessible alternatives)
- A supportive, inclusive environment — no experience needed
- Techniques to help manage stress, prevent burnout, and stay focused
- Casual conversation and community-building engagement before and after
What to wear:
- Loose, comfortable clothing. Floor sitting is optional — chairs are available.
What to bring:
- Cushion or pillow (optional, for floor sitting)
- Water
Take an hour to reset — so you can keep showing up for what matters.
